Travelling by Bike
Cycling is a low impact physical activity that can be easily incorporated into your everyday life. It improves general health, helps to lower blood pressure and take care of the heart as well as improving mental health and well-being.
Unlike a car, a bicycle doesn’t need to be taxed or filled with fuel, and yearly maintenance should only be around £50. If properly maintained, a good quality bicycle can last for years.
